Services & contracting

We provide development, design, automation, and digital solutions. Each project's scope, timeline, cost, and payment method are defined in a separate agreement/quote that forms part of these Terms.

Prices & payments

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals, inclusive of or plus VAT as indicated, and payments are made via secure methods.

Consumer rights & cancellation

Consumer rights under the E-Commerce Law and consumer-protection regulations apply, including clear pre-contract information. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the agreement and the nature of the service (custom services already started may be non-refundable).

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Jodfay. Project deliverables transfer to the client after full payment per the contract.

Liability

The site is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect damages, without prejudice to consumers' statutory rights.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction.
