Data we collect

Data you provide directly via forms or the assistant (name, email, organization, project details, and a phone number only if you choose to provide one). A phone number is optional and is not required to create an account or use the app's core functionality. We may also collect technical data automatically (browser type and pages visited) to improve the service.

Legal basis and purpose

We process your data based on your consent and/or to perform the requested service, for: responding to your requests, providing our services and communicating about your project, improving the site, and sending the newsletter if you subscribe. Your data will not be used for other purposes without your consent.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers to the extent necessary and under confidentiality, or where required by a competent authority. Any transfer outside the Kingdom is done in line with the PDPL.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to fulfil the processing purposes or as required by law, after which it is destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights under the law

Performance measurement and request attribution

With your consent to analytics cookies, we may record limited technical events such as page paths, contact button clicks, form starts and steps, language, and the service or sector associated with a page. These events may be linked to your submitted request through an internal session identifier to understand the customer journey and measure website and campaign performance. We do not send your name, email address, or mobile number to analytics or advertising tools.

With your consent to marketing cookies, we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and campaign click identifiers to measure traffic sources and conversions. You can refuse this use or change your choice at any time through the “Privacy settings” link in the footer. If you refuse, we delete the campaign attribution data stored in your browser.

We use a general device category (mobile, tablet, or computer) to understand how easy it is to complete the form, without recording its contents in analytics events.
